Items Explained |

Setup - This is a one-time charge to set up
your account and provide the free additional services that come with the type
of hosting service ordered. The setup fee also applies if you upgrade
from one level to another. The setup fee also applies if your service
is suspended and re-activated. |

Disk Space - For each type of service you are allowed an amount of
disk space for your web page files and images, email messages, or FTP site
files. Additional disk space is billed at $ 1.00 per 5 megabyte per month
as needed. |

Traffic / Bandwidth - For each type of service you are allowed a certain
amount of megabytes of traffic to your site. Traffic is the number of megabytes
of web pages and images, email messsages, or ftp file transfers that go over
the Internet when visitors view your site with their browser. |
|

Mailbox - This is the physical location file that stores email for
a single recipient. Each mailbox must be associated with a registered
customer domain, to which it is billed every month. Mailboxes are limited
to 5 megabytes of space unless additional space is purchased on a per-mailbox
basis. It's very nice for people to be able to send you mail at sales@yoursite.com,
or webmaster@yoursite.com, or a mailbox for each person in your organization.
The e-mail accounts that ESC provides will stay with you as long as you have
your site with ESC, even if you change your ISP. This is a real advantage
since many people change ISP's as they move or shop for better connection
services. Additional email addresses can be ordered for $ 2/month each.
Note that use of the email system is subject to ESC's current
Email Service Policy for your
protection. |

Domain Setup - ESC will do the Setup for your own Virtual Domain and
file it with InterNIC (the clearinghouse for all web address domain names).
This means that instead of being a Sub Domain under the host domain like www.acme.com/yoursite,
your site can be reached with www.yoursite.com. This is both more professional
and, once registered with InterNIC, no one else can use your name. You
will be billed for the first two years registration, and once per year thereafter. |

Secure Forms - Anyone doing business on the Internet knows that people
are not always eager to enter Credit Card numbers onto just any web page.
ESC provides you with a SSL (secured socket layer) Secured Directory for your
site. Your visitors can enter Credit Card information in total security.
When you publish your Order Form pages to that directory, everything that
the visitor enters or downloads from those pages is Encrypted as it goes over
the Internet. Visitors using a browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer or
Netscape Navigator will see a Key or a Padlock on the browers status bar indicating
to them that your page is Secure. The order information from your visitor
is then available for you to view or print from your password protected Administrator
Page. You have immediate and secure access to any information that you wish
to gather from your visitors simply by publishing your page to your Secured
Directory. |

FrontPage Extensions - For web site design, some people
wish to use Microsoft FrontPage. ESC does not currently support Microsoft
FrontPage due to severe security problems that this product imposes upon the
server. We will, however, assist our customers in converting FrontPage
designed web sites. |
